1. About This Site

AtlasVault operates this Site to display pricing information for cards. The Site is informational only — it does not process orders, accept payments, or facilitate transactions of any kind. Any prices, listings, or related information shown on the Site are provided for reference purposes.

2. No Offer to Sell; Pricing Accuracy

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a binding quote, or a guarantee of current market value. Prices displayed may be estimates, may be sourced from third parties, and may not reflect real-time market conditions. AtlasVault does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on it. 3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, layout, graphics, and the AtlasVault name and branding — is owned by AtlasVault or its licensors, except where otherwise noted (for example, third-party card images or trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification/reference purposes only). You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute the Site's content or pricing data in bulk without prior written permission.

4. Data Collection — Scan Count

AtlasVault tracks how many times each card is viewed (accessed) on the Site by maintaining a simple counter called "scan count." This tracking is used to measure which cards receive the most interest. We track only the count itself and do not collect, store, or associate personal information (such as names, ages, IP addresses, or device identifiers) with individual users. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without permission
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure

6. Third-Party References

Card names, brands, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. AtlasVault is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any card manufacturer or brand unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtlasVault and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on any information it contains — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. AtlasVault's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
